Typographics
Our typographic art prints are anything but standard. Each design starts on a blank sheet of paper, with a brush in hand. Every word is hand-painted by Maaike, giving each print its own rhythm, imperfections, and character. The texts are playful, sometimes a little cheeky, but always with a wink. They make you smile, touch something soft, or say exactly what you couldn’t quite put into words yourself..
Maaike studied Graphic and Typographic Design at the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague, where her love for letters and composition took shape. Typography is therefore an essential and unmistakable part of this collection.
