Anniversary 2014-2024
In celebration of the 10th anniversary of My Deer Art Shop, Maaike has created a special jubilee edition.
This edition is a vivid reflection of my personal journey and passion for 'joie de vivre.' It narrates the story from the very first art print to the present.

Gastronomy
My heart delights in discovering new restaurants, savoring exquisite wines, and developing flavors. At home, we love to cook and seek out special ingredients and perfect wine pairings. Often, we spontaneously drive to France, hunting for new artistic inspiration, tasting and purchasing wines (@domainevivre), and reveling in local ingredients and dishes. Joie de vivre. For me, that's what makes life truly beautiful.
Oysters
Wake me up for these anytime. Immortalized on my arm, last month my love proposed to me in our favorite oyster restaurant in Paris. The oysters in this edition are inspired by the art print ‘Ohlala oysters.’
Self-portrait
I rarely show myself, as I prefer to be behind the camera rather than in front of it. When I do reveal myself, it's usually just my hands or feet. I want to change this and, in the future, will show the face behind My Deer Art Shop more often, no matter how out of my comfort zone it takes me. #outofmycomfortzone
